In Attendance: Lindsay Wright, Erin Mitchell, Kocoa Menges, Erin Ward, Ashley Hull, Amanda Pilkinton, Tatiana Liston, Jen Vannoy, Melissa Daniels, Leslie Jannsen, Kasi Haire

9:40 am Meeting called to order by Lindsay Wright

·       Treasurer (Erin Mitchel)

-$17,298.32 in bank (report attached)

-We made $3500 in spirit wear sales

-We made $810 from school supplies

-Jill Justus requested PBIS money & water filters for school

Motion to approve $2500 for PBIS Money by Lindsay Wright

Seconded by Erin Mitchel

All in Favor=Approved budget of $2500

Motion to approve $1600 for Water Filters by Lindsay Wright

Seconded by Jen Vannoy

All in Favor=Approved budget of $1600

·       Hospitality (Amanda P and Kocoa M)

-August Teacher Luncheon scheduled for Thursday, August 19th.

You Donut Know How Much We Missed Our Teachers & Staff

-September Luncheon scheduled for Thursday, Sep 23rd

Concession (asking 5th grade parents to help)

-Lindsay has created a new form for sponsorships

-$2000 sponsorship from Erin Wards husband!!! What an amazing sponsor!

-Bethesda parent reached out to Mrs Justus about their cleaning business and offering a percentage back to the PTO with new clients.

·       Spirit Nights (Lindsay W.)

       -Andy’s Ice Cream Tuesday, August 24th. Fundraiser last all day. We must turn in a        coupon at time of purchase, in order to get credit for purchase.

       -Culvers Tuesday, September 28th 5-8pm We need teachers to volunteer

·       Backyard BBQ (Lindsay W & Kasi H)

-We need high school volunteers

-Friday, October 22nd
