9:15 am Meeting called to order by Lindsay Wright

·       Treasure Erin Mitchell

-$20,492.46 in bank (budget attached)

-Double check that you are a Tier 3 Volunteer

·       Spirit Wear Jen Vannoy

-Hoping next week, preorder will go live for next year field trip shirts

-New logo, remember to send in fundraiser request for shirts

·       Hospitality Kocoa Mengs

-We had our last luncheon Tuesday, May 3rd. Lunch was provided by CD’s BBQ

·       Spirit Nights Tatiana Liston

-Marco’s May 24th (pick your teacher when you order)

 Ice Cream Party for Winning Grade

-September 20th, Brentwood Skate

-Soar, possibly in July. (Need approval before school ends)

-Penny Wars, send out text reminder Monday (counting Friday)

·       Teacher Appreciation Lindsay Wright

-Monday = Sonic

-Tuesday = CD’s BBQ

-Wednesday = Breakfast Panera

-Thursday = Mexican Pops

-Friday = Cactus/Succulents

·       Principal Report Jill Justus

-Two growth positions K-1st (2 new teachers needed)

-Promethean Boards are in all the teachers’ classrooms.

-Still needing two more, $3600 for each one. Can PTO help with one of these?

-Special Ed, Related Arts still need boards

-Going to ask the county about new cafeteria tables.

-Playground equipment will be removed Tuesday and install new

Motion to approve two Promethean boards by Lindsay Wright $7,200

All in Favor = Approved Budget of $7,200

·       End of Year Updates Lindsay Wright & Jill Justus

-Power washing outside of building this summer

-Landscaping planned for next year

-Kindergarten Sneak A Peek-share kindergarten registration

-School Supplies-order kits by June 1st

-Open Committees (list provided) Please let executive board know what you are interested in signing up for

-Back to School Bash, Wednesday 3rd

-Field Day Ticket email will be sent out

-Jen Vannoy is now an employee of Bethesda Elementary School so her position is left vacant. This is the last meeting of the year so new officers are now in place for the 2022-2023 school year.
