·       Treasurer’s Report (Erin Mitchel)

-Bank Balance $26,200.24

·       Hospitality (Melissa, Lindsay)

-January 27th Firehouse subs (donation of sandwiches)

-February 17th Valentine treats

·       Spirit Night (Lindsay)

-Costa Vida (possible spirit night in April)

-Grecian Pizza -February 18th

-Alpha Kappa Gamma donation of $500 check to the teacher moral

·       School Supplies (Lindsay)

-We need teacher/grade supply list before Spring Break

-$60 or lower

·       Miscellaneous

              -Letter Writing Campaign (hold off until the next school year)

              -Father/Daughter Dance, Mother/Son Outing (working out details)

              -5th Grade (t-shirts, parade outside, class picture??)

              -Fun Ideas for Students (treats, pizza party)

·       Mrs. Justice

-Playground (County has agreed to revamp K-2 playground)

-Technology Boards (help from PTO for 1-2 of these)

-Teacher Grant $100 (still available to teachers who have not taken advantage of this)

-Publix gave $600 for teachers
