9:40 am- Meeting called to order by Lindsay Wright

• Treasurer’s Report (Erin Mitchel) -Bank Balance $19,840.45 -Report attached

• Hospitality (Amanda Pinkerton) -Teacher lunch scheduled October 7th 10-1pm

• Spirit Night (Lindsay Wright) -Thursday, October 22nd Spirit night at Spring Hill Sonic!!

-Photography Christmas Photos Waiting to hear back from Lifetouch to get their release that we use another photographer to take these photos.

-Class Baskets. Need to set up a zoom meeting to speak with class parents, signup for the basket, set date. Baskets due November 20th .

-Movie Night Pending for November 6th. Still do not have a screen. What movie are we Wanting to play? -Honey Baked Ham this was approved.

-Check Writing –possible fundraiser. Offer a spirit week for the kids during the week of Donations.

-School Supplies Need to make a decision if we want to renew our contract with 1st Day School supplies. We approved to renew.

• Uber Eats (Kocoa Menges) -Scheduled for Thursday, October 15th at Jersey Mikes -Cassie West is collecting orders, Kocoa Menges will handle ordering/pick up.

• Covid (Jill Justus) -Emails are being sent from the health department. Wondering if emails are getting Sent to parents' spam. Wanting us to update our Facebook page to help make parents Aware

• Focus Days (Jill Justus) -October 19th (will be voted by the school board) -Three days being added to this semester plus November 3rd . -This will give our teachers more time for planning.

• Teacher Appreciation (Amanda Pinkerton) -Ice Cream Truck possibly on October 28th? Offer a few items that range from $3-$5 -Offering the candy cart again

-Online teachers. How many teachers are there? Maybe dropping off dinner to them one evening.

-Fun Friday (1-2 a month) Candy cart, Sonic drinks

-Chick Fila giftcards for the teachers.

• GFS Donation (Kocoa Menges) -Mail out donation request for our Christmas Teacher Luncheon
